What each cap covers

Two caps. No grey areas.

Stimulation injections

Capped at ₹80,000
  • Daily stimulation injections
  • Agonist and antagonist injections
  • Every trigger injection, whenever it is given

All medicines

Capped at ₹25,000 per transfer cycle
  • Pre-treatment supplement course
  • Endometrial preparation from day 2 of the transfer cycle
  • Support medicines before transfer
  • Luteal support from transfer through to the βhCG test
  • One cap whether the transfer is fresh or frozen — it starts afresh for each transfer cycle
When the medicine cap ends. The medicine cap covers you up to the βhCG pregnancy test. If the test is positive, you will usually continue your pregnancy-support medicines for another eight to ten weeks. Those medicines are billed at actuals and are not covered by the cap.

Charged at actuals, with no cap.

Blood tests are always at actuals. Everything else is charged only if your doctor advises it. This is the complete list.
